LED Mode is committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery of all customer orders.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed shortly after being placed
- Orders received after 2:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped on the following business day
- Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays are not considered service days for express deliveries
Carrier Services
- Orders are shipped using recognized carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or other equivalent services
- Valid street address required for all shipments – carriers cannot deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes
- Orders submitted with P.O. Box addresses may be delayed and may incur additional handling charges, for which the customer will be held responsible
Tracking Information
- Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact and delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase
Order Changes and Cancellations
- Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible

Non-Receipt of Shipments
- Requests for replacement products or account credit for merchandise claimed shipped but not received are subject to internal investigation and carrier confirmation
Incorrect Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
- Costs associated with incorrect or incomplete addresses, including reshipment charges, are the responsibility of the customer
