Important Requirements:

  • Returned products must be in resellable condition
  • Products cannot be cut, permanently installed, or have adhesive removed
  • We encourage a mock installation before final use

Money Back Guarantee

Every return is subject to inspection. A refund will be issued only after the returned items have been examined and confirmed to be in acceptable condition.

Coverage: This guarantee applies exclusively to purchases made directly through LED Mode. Orders placed through third-party distributors are not covered by this policy.

Return and Exchange Periods

Within 30 Days of Shipment Date

  • Pass Inspection: Full refund issued to original payment method, excluding shipping costs
  • Fail Inspection: No refund provided. Customers may arrange return shipping to reclaim product within 30 days. Unclaimed items will be discarded

Between 31 and 60 Days of Shipment Date

  • Pass Inspection: Refund issued to original payment method, subject to 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, repackaging, and restocking costs
  • Fail Inspection: No refund provided. Customers may pay for return shipping to reclaim product within 30 days. Unclaimed items will be discarded

After 60 Days of Shipment Date

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances

Return and Refund Procedure

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on non-defective items
  • For items found to be defective or malfunctioning under warranty, LED Mode will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Unless otherwise requested, all prepaid labels are issued via UPS Ground
  • If alternative shipping method is requested, customer assumes full responsibility for associated costs
